How to find what computer a user has login?

I have two questions:
If I have the username how do I find what computer they have login?
is there a command?

If I know a computer name but do not know where it is and it is off, How to find out what Ip it used and who last log in it?

Windows xp pro workstation
Running a Server 2003 with AD and DHCP and DNS

Thanks

To find the ip you could look at dns records or DHCP.

If you want something more professional and which gives you many more options:

Security Explorer:

Security Explorer can centrally search for local user accounts including all accounts that have local administrative rights. Once these accounts are located, you can easily change the account passwords, rename the accounts, change group membership settings and manage other account properties from a central console.
