You can try the HP drivers, or find out what chipset it uses and try to get the driver from them.

My system doesn't even feel there is a card plugged in let alone try to find a driver fro it<br />
If it can't feel the card plugged in, a driver is not going to point the system to it<br />

Is this from a 'older' HP?<br />
Maybe a Compaq? <br />
If yes, it might be a proprietary card. Or it might be bad.<br />
A quick search seems to show this card in Dells, Compaqs and HPs. These had proprietary machines at some point in time.

smart raid 3200 is quite possibly a proprietory card, I had it in a proliant 1600 compaq server<br />
It's a very good raid card in a compaq server<br />
Not sure that it can't be installed anywhere though<br />
