Unable to Move Media in Netbackup to a Different Volume Group

Right now I'm using Netbackup Enterprise Edition 6.5.2A on a Windows 2003 platfom. I just recently got a new LTO3 tape library and started to use LTO3 media as well. Anyway when I try to move any of the LTO3 (HCART3) media to a new volume group that has (HCART2) media already present I get the following error message: Change residence failed(101)...

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the replay.. I'm a little confused here the defauly VG "---" currently has a mix of HCART2, HCART3 and cleaning media. I'm able to move both of my HCARt2 and cleaning media in and out of the group with out a problem...

Are you say that a VG other that "---" can only contain media densities of one type????
