Hi All,<br />
I would like to discuss about the tools that are used to convert Excel to XML.<br />
Here initially i divided this work into 2 Tasks.<br />
1) Identify the good tools which are exisiting.(I found some of the tools and able to do it successfully like altova etc.)<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Here regarding this I would like to know which one would be the best one.<br />
2) Reinvent the tool <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Write the code to convert into xml from excel <br />
Please suggest me how could i go ahead <br />

Tool to convert Excel to Xml

A server is a computer program or a machine that waits for requests from other machines or software (clients) and responds to them. This architecture is called the client–server model. The clients may run on the same computer or may connect to the server over a network. The purpose of a server is to share data or hardware and software resources among clients. Typical computing servers are database servers, file servers, mail servers, print servers, web servers, game servers, and application servers.

Server Software

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. Computer software consists of programs, libraries and related non-executable data (such as documentation). Computer software is non-tangible, contrasted with computer hardware, which is the physical component of computers. Software written in a machine language is known as "machine code". However, in practice, software is usually written in high-level programming languages than machine language. High-level languages are translated into machine language using a compiler or interpreter or a combination of the two.

Software

Virtualization is the act of creating a virtual (rather than actual) version of something, including (but not limited to) a virtual computer hardware platform, operating system (OS), storage device, or computer network resources. Virtualization is usually the creation of a system that executes separate from the underlying hardware resources, or the creation of an entire desktop for systems located elsewhere, similar to thin clients.
