Creating a domain with 3 computers
Hello!
I have 3 computers that are all networked on a workgroup. Currently, they all have XP pro.
However, I want to create a domain so that i can apply 'active domain' to the other computers.
How do I go about doing this?
I can install Windows Server 2003 R2 sp2 when necessary

You will need a Windows 2003 server or Windows 2008 server installed... from there - add a role on the server... The role will be that of an Active Directory Domain controller... The wizard should take you thru the rest..

see, i actually attempted this exact thing w. windows server 2003 ent.. When I tried to join the domain from the other pc's, it couldnt find the domain.
