squid configuration file help - adding ip for access

I'm trying to add a range of my local IPs that can access my squid server. I have multiple outgoing IPs setup fine and they work if I use http access allow all but obviously this is not safe. The range I need allowed is 96.233.34.1 - 96.233.34.30. I've attached my squid config file and renamed it to .txt so that the upload would work.
