server License issue
Hi! there.,
I am running several network licenses some of them use the USB key. One program I am getting this problem as shown.
The server is not detecting the usb key and service will not start. This started to happen when the vendor support asked me to remove the usb key and tried to install the system drivers but could not complete because I got a prompt indicating that the server has updated systems drivers then the one I am trying to install. After that the vendor support asked to plug the key again and schedule a restart of the server. When I did that I start to get this message the next day. Now the usb key is on the server but I am not sure why the service has not run. I have 4 more keys for other applications that I do not want to disturb. Any one know what steps I should take on this.
