We're running SBS 2003 Premium but we are not currently using Exchange. &nbsp;We use Outlook 2007 as our email client and an external email provider for email, but our users do not have Exchange accounts. &nbsp;We would like to have a address book that is shared by all. &nbsp;What is the best way to do this?
