I don't believe it's possible to do this from the server, without giving all users full access to the entire mailbox. &nbsp;I would put together a tutorial with screenshots walking the users through, right-clicking on their Calendar in Outlook, clicking on Properties, and changing the Default permissions.

Are you sure its not possible? My manager says that they were able to do this before we migrated our exchange server to a new server from SBS 2003.

I am 100% sure it isn't possible from the server. <br />
The only thing that you can do from the server is grant full access to the entire mailbox. You cannot set it to a folder level from the server. It is in effect a client side setting. <br />
