I require a unzip command line exe to simply extract files from the zip and place them in a directory

I require a simple unzip utility that will allow me to place a batch file in that will simply do
c:\run\unzip c:\test\upload.exe c:\dataextract\
and actually work
I have spent hours accross the web and either they do not down load or the trial versions do not run or they will only accept up to 8 charcters in the file name, or they will not unzip into another dir. It should not be this hard. I do not requre WINzip or any thing fancy just one that work
thanks for your help in advance

The WinZip Command Line add-on will do what you want:

So will Winrar:

7Zip is a free app that has a GUI and CLI version - I highly recommend it :)

This is what I do (use x to extract the archive):

C:\test>"c:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe" x datelib.rar

7-Zip 4.42  Copyright (c) 1999-2006 Igor Pavlov  2006-05-14

Processing archive: datelib.rar

Extracting  kix\datelib - Copy.kix
Extracting  kix\datelib.kix
Extracting  kix\KIX32.EXE
Extracting  kix\kixtart.kix
Extracting  kix

Everything is Ok

C:\test>
