you do not have permission to send to this recipient........Exchange server 2003 ent edition
Hi all
Past few days when a particular user tries to send to few domains gets: user@domain.com on date time you do not have permission to send to this recipient for assistance contact system admin <exchange2.domain.com #4.7.1 smtp;450 4.7.1 <exchange2.domain.com>: Helo command rejected: Host not found>
What is wrong and how to fix it. Is it my exchange server? I think mostly the domains I am having trouble are in India.

Looks like you are running a broken mail server
Now it says 'I am running a broken mail server'. Help please
It looks like you are being rejected by the receiving mail server (error 571). This can be for a number of reasons such as being on a blacklist (check at http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx), or possibly the IP address of your server does not resolve to your domain name. Some servers will reject if this is the case.

I use 'spamhaus' for filtering and I checked their website as well my mail server is not listed anywhere in blacklist. under my ESM default SMTP properties under advanced my server was listed as 'exchange2.mydomain.com' but when I checked on '
http://www.webmaster-toolkit.com' my mx records were listed as:
10 mail.mydomain.com
20 intra.mydomain.com <<<< this is sharepoint server, I think it should not be there, suggestion ???
Which priority the mail server should be in?
-I just changed under ESM, SMTP properties and changed the server name from 'exchange2.mydomain.com to mail.mydomain.com'<<< I gues this change will take time to flow down.

I will talk to my ISP and get rid of the other entry to avoid confusion. My ISP is already configured to hold our emails.
