Flash CS4 Tutorial: Horizontal Drop Down Menu w/Overlap and Overrun

Greetings!

I am looking for a good tutorial on how to create a horizontal drop menu like the (non-Flash) version seen at the link below.

http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/padding.html

I have a background image for this menu, so it would be preferable to build a menu with a transparent backgrouind.

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
