I'm having a problem when I try to send e-mail from any of my e-mail accounts in Outlook:

(0x80070057) : 'Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.'

I'm using Vista Business w/ SP 1 and Outlook 2007.

I can receive without any problems but can't send at all.

Can you help? Thanks in advance.

Hello krislynch,

Have you try to delete your account in Outlook and then recreate it?

If no joy, create a new Outlook profile. Your old one is corrupt.

I'll check the suggestion FirstDownMage provided. In the meantime, how would I go about creating a new Outlook profile without losing my data?

War1, I tried the link but I got an error when loading the page like it's an outdated link or something's wrong with the site.

I fixed this by changing by virtual memory settings. Thanks to both of you for your help.

I just experienced this same error and fixed it by deleting the Outlook profiles and recreating them.
