Footer text occasionally overlaps page content
On seemingly random occasions, IE7 will render the text from my page footer partially up the page. In the very few times it does this, the actual position at which it renders the text also seems inconsistent--sometimes it's way up the page and other times only twenty pixels or so. Simply refreshing the page will fix the issue. Even enabling Firebug Lite for IE will cause the text to "pop" into the correct location in the footer.
From my tests, Firefox 2/3 and IE6 do not exhibit this problem at all.
I've tried to read up on similar issues, and I thought this might have been due to floats not being cleared or the so-called guillotine bug in IE, but I've had no luck figuring it out.
