CCIE LAB advice

Hi,
i'm putting together equipment for CCIE R&S lab. I have 2801 and 2811 routers, two 2960 switches, one 3560 and one 3750 switch. Beside that I have copule of HWIC-2T cards, two WIC-1T cards, one HWIC-8A/S and one HWIC-16A card.
I'm having some issues about serial cables and FR links.
Can I use HWIC-8A/S card on router that will be FR switch? I have two CAB-HD4-232FC cables that have on one side connector for HWIC-8A/S card, and another side is octal with 4 connectors. It doesn't say if it is DTE or DCE.(??)) So, that four connectors need to be plugged into some other type of connector on cable which has another side for smart serial HWIC-2T or WIC-1T. What is that other type of cable? Is it better to use 4x HWIC-2T at FR switch side?
Next issue is my terminal server. I'm planning to use HWIC-16A on my 2801, but I have octal cable that doesn't fit to HWIC-16A interface. What is the exactly type of cable that will fit to my HWIC-16A port?? On the other side, ofcourse, is 8 RJ-45.
