The report could be sent only on the printer on the Forms/Reports server machine you use.

But if you make use of Oracle Reports J2EE Thin Client:

http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/reports/htdocs/getstart/examples/Tools/thinclient/thinclient/Readme.html

The Oracle Reports J2EE Thin Client also allows you to execute a job and print the result directly on a local printer. This can be done using the rwprint executable available in the bin directory. The first parameter specifies the device name of the printer where you want to print to, e.g.. LPT1 or \\servername\printer. The DESTYPE and DESNAME parameters are ignored.

For example, on Windows:
rwprint.bat printer=\\sol\genicom-ps report=test.rdf userid=scott/tiger@orcl server=<rep_server_name> (authid=orcladmin/<password_for_orcladmin>)
On UNIX:
rwprint.sh printer=LPT1 report=test.rdf userid=scott/tiger@orcl server=<rep_server_name> (authid=orcladmin/<password_for_orcladmin>)

This will print the output of test.rdf on the printer specified in the command. Note that Oracle Reports generates the printer output based on your default printer. For this reason, make sure that the printer you specify in the rwprint command is compatible with your default printer. For example, both should be PostScript printers, or PCL printers.
