Using Java script code with web.show_document Built-in in oracle developer 10g

How i can use Java script code with Web.Show_Document Built-in in oracle developer 10g to controlling the  Web Browser display Settings to view specific Report as page on that browser
,Such as Disallowing the user to print the report web page or make print screen to that page .
(Suppose that Web Browser : IE6 & platform : Windows  OS)

If that is using a normal browser, forget it.
You do not have the possibility to change any of those.
You can stop the native printing if you serve a secure PDF, but no way can you block a screen shot
