Outlook Form forwarding item

Hi Experts,

I have a form, with a approve and deny action button.

What I want is:

When the manager presses the approval action button, it sends a new message back to user (saying ur request has been approved-done) but I also want to be able to forward the approved item to a folder in public folders.

    Set up a send rule on the manager Outlook that triggers on a specific word in the subject or something appropriate when manager sends. Select "send a copy to"
