How I can display or show PDF through Flash file ? on other meaning loading the content of PDF file to flash ?

If it's stand alone then you can do it using AIR - http://livedocs.adobe.com/flash/9.0/ActionScriptLangRefV3/flash/html/HTMLLoader.html

But if it's regular Flash in a web page then you can convert the PDF using http://www.adobe.com/products/flashpaper/

or you can try:
http://www.swftools.org/

There are a few other options out there, but I'd recommend the ones listed above.  If you want it done on the fly, then you'll need to work with swftools to get a server side solution.

See what I need load the content of PDF inside a flash you can say is stand alone

Stand alone means that you won't be using a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or whatever) to view it. If it's in a web page, as the one you showed me is, then it's not stand alone.
