Unable to sync address book with Desktop manager on new Blackberry bold

Hello,
I recently got a new blackberry bold which I use to communicate with my company via Lotus Notes. But I'm unable to sync my personal contacts (Notes) as I get a message saying that my device is configured to sync my address book wirelessly. And I have no Idea how to disable wireless sync for my address book. While doing the activation, I got old contact names from the server. Please advise what should I do? Any help on how to disable wireless sync for address book on Blackberry bold will be appreciated.

When you installed Desktop Manager what option did you choose for the setup, did you choose the blackberry enterprise option?  Go thru the install again, and let me know what option you chose.

Hello, I was finally able to sync my address book with my local lotus notes address book. I did the following:
1. Disable the wireless sync from my blackberry (From Address Book --> Options --> Desktop --> Wiireless Sync --> select NO)
2. From Blackberry Tools --> Advance Options --> Service Books, delete all "Desktop" lines.
3. Reset blackberry by removing the battery.
After the above procedure, I was able to sync my local personal address book.

looks like you solved, but just fyi:

You cannot sync data from Desktop Manager to device when the "Wireless Sync" option is enabled on the device for that data feature.  e.g. Address Book.  You must first turn off Wireless Sync.
