I have a customer that is having numerous problems running their tape drive and scsi card on a Netware 6 server.
After weeks of getting IBM to help with this, the problem is not resolved and the customer is getting annoyed with all the downtime involved and regular visits.
I have an idea to get this resolved.
We know the tape drive works in windows with no problems.
The site has a Netware Server and a 2k3 server on the same network. ArcServe 9.01 running on the Netware server and NTbackup running on the 2k3 server.
Considering the above, is there a way to run a Netware Agent on the Netware server and have it backup to a device on the W2K3 with a version of ArcServe installed?
