Exchange 2007, Backup Exec 11, McAfee 8.5.0i

My Exchange2007/Backup Exec 11 (SP4) has been working perfectly.
Due to earlier issues I did not install antivirus on those 2 servers, but because of a Conficker.B infection, I installed our Mcafee 8.5.0i on both servers, and now I get this warning for each exchange backup job, if I select the Single Mail Restore option.
-----------------------------------------------
V-79-57344-4615 - To support individual mailbox message and folder restores from Information Store backups, you must download and install the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects package version 06.05.7888 or later on the Exchange 2007 server. This package can be found on the Microsoft web site.
-----------------------------------------------
I have disabled antivirus settings, for what I believe could be an issue, but I still get this warning.
I have also tried to completely disable the antivirus, but still this warning appears.

When I try to restore an email that have been backed up with warnings, the backup job fails with this message
-----------------------------------------------
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0001207 - To support individual mailbox message and folder restores from Information Store backups, you must download and install the Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects package version 06.05.7888 or later on the Exchange 2007 server. This package can be found on the Microsoft web site.
Final error category: Resource Errors

For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-4615
-----------------------------------------------
I have installed CDO 1.2.1 (uninstalled and reinstalled several times)
I have searched the net and this site, and what seems to work for other, do not work for me.

Right now I'm forced to make backups without Single Mail Restore option.
I'm fresh out of ideas :-(

Does anybody know what might solve this issue, then please help me.

Is the Backup Exec server the same as exchange server?
If not and if the BEWS server is a 32 bit server ,install the latest MANAGEMENT TOOLS for Exchange
Also the account being used to backup the Exchange resources should meet the following requirements
Should be unique in the AD (to test just type the first 5 letters in OUTLOOK and press CTRL + K,it should populate the address and not come up with a list of matches to choose from)
Should  have an active mailbox
Should not be hidden in the Global Address List
Should be a part the Exchange FULL admin at the organization level
should be part of the local admin group on all exchange server.
Now these are special requirement for a granluar (GRT) backup
What the GRT backup does is, it creates an IMG folder and writes the exchange database files in NATIVE format along with the most recent logs and the ESE.DLL (which will be later used at the time of restore) from the exchange server
When you restore from a GRT based backup
The database files are mounted by the Backup Exec VFF (Virtual File Filter, edbprov.dll) in a TEMP staging location and then its read for a granular restore using the ESE.DLL
since it uses MAPI for collecting the GRT information at the time of backup special permissions are needed for the account due to MAPI limitation
hence an IS backup may run without any issue and the same account when used for a GRT backup may fail with the error that you are receiving if it does not meet the MAPI requirement

BE and Exchange is installed on two different servers.
BE is installed on a W2K3-x86 and Exchange on W2K3-x64.

BEWS has Management Tools For Exchange Version 685.25 installed.
BEWS also has the CDO 1.2.1 installed.

The requirements you discribe are all met.

When I backup, I used to, and still does, use the System Logon Account.
When I restore, I use a "backup exec" account created for that purpose, which has full admin rights on the BWES and Exchange server, and has a local mailbox and so on.

As I wrote, the system worked perfectly until the 31th of January, but after I installed McAfee 8.5.0i, it generates warning at GRT backup, and GRT restore fails.

Is there some services such as eg. DHCP client or others, that needs to run?
I still haven't solved the issue.
I though believe that the solution provied should work, but that the problem is something unknown at this point.
