Watching DIVX on my PSP?

Hi
I upgraded my PSP firmware to 5.00 and I've placed a DivX file onto my memory stick (in the location MP_ROOT > 100MNV01)
I renamed the DivX file to M4V12345 and I have a M4V12345.thm file in there too.

But when I disconnect my USB connection and try to play the video ont he PSP it says there are no videos.

any ideas?

Thanks
H

E:/VIDEO/filename should be the place to put your videos as I have found.  Try a little program called xvid4psp, that should convert them for you if you need to.  But this thread is very helpful I do believe - http://www.avforums.com/forums/psp/733787-movies-psp.html - The screen shot has some settings I'd check into and there are three pages of replies so don't forget them either, but the settings and screen shot are on the first page.  Also try - http://www.avforums.com/forums/psp/852191-trouble-converting-xvid-divx-movies-play-psp.html - for additional tips and programs as I have found a lot of PSP help, info, and support on that site lately.  If that doesn't work let me know
