Extract Recovery Password

I have been asked to provide one of the Security Admins an access jsut to be able to use the new feature of " Extract Recovery Password " and be able to Extract Recovery password for the users . How can I do this without giving him any chance to be a full Admin on the server or to be able to manuplute anything else

    Not sure, but I would check the admin client help to see if this can be given out without affecting global security.

    give the user full admin rights only to the recovery database ie escrow.nsf...
