Reapply cetificate in SBS 2008

I messed up the certificate for an SBS 2008 server. I forgot the autodiscover.domain.com. I added that name and got the new certificate however I can't apply that certificate.  I get the error message "The imported certificate does not match your website. Verify that you selected the correct certificate file and then try again.

I rekeyed the certificate and I was then able to install it.

That did not help but I did see where I can "remove this trusted certificate" on the connectivity page. What are the consequences of doing that? I assume I should be able to remove it and then add the new one back but I have a feeling that if I do it in the middle of the day, it will break something.

no problem, remove it, reacreate it with the cert wizard and maybe rerun the fix my network wizard.

I wish it was this easy. I removed the certificate in SBS console - network - connectivity. How do I add the new certificate that I got. I don't want to create a new CSR and if I choose the second option to use the certificate that is already installed, it shows the one I want to replace.

How can I get the certificate that I regenerated from Godaddy installed?
