Is it possible to limit the instances for a particular application in a PS4 farm at the user level? What I mean is that I would like only 2 instances of a particular aplication to be allowed per user in the farm.
I know that there is a setting to limit the sessions per user but that is not what I want. Limiting the sessions per user would apply to any session regardless of what application.

When publishing an application, there is a screen "Specify Application Limits".  There you can limit instances in the farm or allow one instace per user.

I know that setting but if I do that, it will limit the instances of the application per farm not per user. I have applied that setting and only 2 users could access that application at any time. What I want is that any user to be limited to only 2 instances per a a specific published application.

The wording says "Allow only one instance of application for each user".

You could also do a trick.  Publish "Word for Sally", give only Sally the rights to it and select the option to limit the app to 2 instances in the Farm.  In Presentation Server/XenApp you cannot limit the number of instances per user with just a checkbox.
