Crystal Report Toolbar Buttons not working

VS 2005/ASP.NET 2.0/Business Object

I have three web pages that uses Crystal Reports Viewer and Crystal Report Source.  All three have parameters.  Two have parameters on the report and one has a parameter on the webpage that I have code passing to the report.

The web pages do not display the toolbar buttons.  The two that have a parameter on the report asks for a date range, but the tools will not allow for selecting the date or entering the date.  Let alone submit the results.

The other web page with the parameter on the web page and passes to the report displays the data fine, but doesn't display the button and isn't functional for toolbar options navigation, print, export or refresh.

What would cause something like this to happen?

How did you install the application on the server?

Did you grant permissions to the virtual directories crystal uses?
