I have a report that is set up as portrait but have another sub report that is landscape.  I can't seem to get the landscape report to come in as landscape it comes in as portrait--thus, cutting things off and not formatting properly.  Is there a way I can have a report that has both portrait and landscape within Access 2007?

I don't see how it would work unless you change the main report to Landscape.
