Windows Server 2000 Reboot loop

We have a Server running Windows 2000 that is stuck in a reboot loop.  We are able to get into safe mode without problems but cannot boot normally.  Any help would be appreciated.

Could try enabling Enable Boot Logging (Creates a log file (Ntbtlog.txt) in the systemroot folder) and then getting the file in safe mode.

We have not made any recent changes to the server.

Is the reboot loop due a BSOD?

If so try for the F8 and select do not restart on error or something to that effect, to catch the error.

I did make the setting change in safe mode and  selected do not restart on error, but it still blows by the  BSOD.

Does happen to be on an IP KVM, then one could record  the loop in Adobe or Snagit and hopefully capture the error.

Any errors in the event log from Safe mode?

Type of hardware, HP, Dell, white box?
