Also: Do you run any software that claims to let you hide your IP and surf anonymously? Disable it and try again.<br />

I used another computer to install Firefox with a USB Flash drive.<br />
After installing and trying again i get this error.<br />
The browser is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.<br />
