I am attempting to modify the windows registry for a daylights savings problem, however I can't interpret what the registry key means. I know that there are two dates and some other info, but I can't figure out how to break this HEX into something I can read. Anyone knows how to break up / interpret these values? thanks in advance.

TZI value data: B4 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 C4 FF FF FF 00 00 02 00 06 00 02 00 17 00 3B 00 3B 00 E7 03 00 00 0A 00 06 00 03 00 17 00 3B 00 3B 00 E7 03
