Terminal Server Printing via VPN connection
Hello,
I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition running terminal services for my remote users. I just noticed the printers are not installed. I either have to start or restart the Print Spooler and them came back after refreshing. I updated the drivers for the installed printers. This is happening with my remote users in another state connected via a VPN. They have a local printer installed. Why is this happening? Thanks.
