hi is it possible to create KPI's in SSRS 2005..if so how ? My source is from a sql query...

    How are you defining KPIs?

    can it be done via a select statement?

    YOu can create a cube and define the KPI then use SSRS to report on the cube.

    hi emes, cant we define KPI's without using SSAS cubes as the data source in SSRS ? I am using relational database table in SQL Server...

    Well, I would think that is not possible.

    For KPI's you must refer to the previous member, in a relational fashion you can't do that

    You could do that... I'm not an expert on Excel but I think it is possible
