I have a Cisco Pix 501 setup in a remote office. Static IP and running DHCP. Everything is working fine except I have one user who intermittently can not access anything outside the pix (no internet or the corp. office network); all local network access is fine. All other users do not experience this problem.

Depending on the number of servers, you might be having a PIX licensing issue.  Read this

" 10-User License
" The Cisco PIX 501 10-user license supports up to 10 concurrent source IP addresses from your internal network to traverse through the Cisco PIX 501. The integrated DHCP server supports up to 32 DHCP leases. As your needs grow, both 50 user and unlimited user upgrade licenses are available, allowing you to extend your investment in Cisco PIX 501 equipment.

I was more thinking of the 10 concurrent source IP addresses.

If you have 5 users, 3 printers and 2 servers (for example), that's 10.

Yes, I understand, but there is a command I use to know that would sho you the current DHCP IP assigned by the pix.

Thanks RPPreacher. I was a licensing issue. Although we only have 5 users in this office there are at time with wireless A/p, Printers, Servers and guest users over the 10 seat pix limit.

Thanks Again
