Yes, there is a customer portal on their website if you have a valid support contract. &nbsp;My suggestion is, call your local Inter-tel office and beg for the CD as otherwise, its not public software that at least I feel comfortable posting or sending and getting my butt in a sling.<br />
However, a few Google searches and I found a company that might be able to help, it appears they have some compatible software:<br />

Never used them, they had product on eBay and seemed cheap enough to give it a shot. <br />

I have an inter-tel phone system. The laptop with windows XP where I had the Inter-Tel DB Programming 6.005 has died. Now I have no way of making updates to the phone system. Cannot for the life of me find the installer on-line. Can anyone help me??
