Login using system user (or another using who can grant privileges) and issue the following SQL command

grant all privileges to <username>;

That's certainly going to work.  My question to the asker is, are you sure you want UPGRADE to have all SYSTEM privileges?

Hmm, I tried that earlier.  Thought to login via Enterprise Manager as that user and I can see all the tables.  However, when I connect with SQLDeveolper or SQL Plus, I can't select or see anything on the database.  I am going to award the points and start a new question.  If you have thoughts though, please let me know.

Thanks,
Matt

When you are in SQL Plus, what command are u executing to see all the objects in the schema? As which user the objects were created?
