Windows NT backup, Media eject is having issues

Hi I have a Windows 2003 sbs server. Lately I am having issues ejecting the tape backup. I saw a few posts on expert exchange and they talk about using rsm.exe command. If someone have used this command in their backup batch file then could they help me add this command to my backup batch file as well

here is the backup batch file

@echo off
net use z: \\silver1\c$\forsys forsys /user:silver1\silver /persistent:yes

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntbackup.exe backup "@C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\Nightly Backup Job.bks" /v:yes /r:no /rs:no /hc:on /m normal /j "Nightly Backup Job" /l:s /p "4mm DDS" /UM

Do you mean tape drive type??

It is Dell PowerVault 100T DAT 72

what does the firmware level have anything to do with the script.

that's OK, But do you know how to use this command. I am not good at creating scripts. I need assistance with rsm.exe command.

Please and thanks
