I am getting the error below from quickbooks pro 2007
An error occurred when QuickBooks tried to access the company file. Please try again. If problem persists, contact Intuit Technical Support and provide them with the following error codes: (-6129,-101).

yes we have a server where the application is hosted and all the datafiles on the same location and also the multi user function is enabled.
the hosts have the location of the data file mapped... i have double checked the security settings and all is correct,,,,
yes i have scanned the ledger file on the qb database server...
