Quickbooks Pro 2007 Error

I am getting the error below from quickbooks pro 2007

An error occurred when QuickBooks tried to access the company file.  Please try again.  If problem persists, contact Intuit Technical Support and provide them with the following error codes:  (-6129,-101).

can anyone help me resolve this

Is this the Client Server version? I think so for the US version.
Did you install the server application?
Is the file located on the same drive as the server application?
Did you scan for the ledger file?

it is used by multiple user.... and all users are having the same error...

yes we have a server where the application is hosted and all the datafiles on the same location and also the multi user function is enabled.

the hosts have the location of the data file mapped... i have double checked the security settings and all is correct,,,,

yes i have scanned the ledger file on the qb database server...

This error (or one very like it) occurs when the mapping to the file is incorrect.

Check in each installation that Hosted Mode is turned off. In the setup you describe, you are not using Hosted mode. Hosted mode is different than Multi-User.

Otherwise, call Intuit Support and try to get assistance.

Solution for this error is just copying over the folder and placing it to a different location... for some reason when i did that it worked... i think something got messed up in the registry beacause of constant access to the data files in the server
