Copy files from c:/Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\*.* from a *bat File

If I start a *.bat file with

xcopy  \E\R\Y C:/Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ArchestrA\LofFiles\*.*  D:\LogData

I get the error message " invalid nubmer of parameters.

Any idea??

    try xcopy  /E/R/Y C:/Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ArchestrA\LofFiles\*.*  D:\LogData

    suppose to be /E/R/Y  instead of \ \ \

    I had it as  /E/R/Y C:/Documents and Settings\.... I just tiped it wrong in the question, my mistake, sorry!

    I guess the problem comes from the spaces in" Documents and Settings"
