Preparing Network Connection...(very slow startup)

i have this and really i left it for hours and still i cannot get into windows i can use only safe mode
i changed some registry that some experts told me to do,but still the same thing
my question
how i can remove the dns or ip address from my windows in safe mode or command line in safe mode..

    Hi asaidi,

    You can use netsh command:


    netsh interface ip set address "Local Area Connection" dhcp
    netsh interface ip add dns "Local Area Connection"

    Substitute "Local Area Connection" with exact name of your network connection. This was just an example.
