UpdateProgress not display

Hi experts,
I have this code but when I click the treeview associated code runs correctly, but while he runs the updateprogress is not displayed.

Can help me?

Thanks...
I think there is some property where we can set the Time within which the progress bar is displayed.
I mean in UpdatePanel.You can increase the time of it to make ur progress bar visible.
