We have TS Windows Server 2003R2 and all of a sudden today no one can physically type user name or password in Remote Desktop Connection in order to log in. Although we have 3 other Terminal Servers on the same domain and they are working just fine.

    Accepted Solution

Check to ensure that the physical server is not frozen when you log on real-time. This could cause that error.

    Thanks, Enjoy!
