I was able to write a new system flash to our Cisco Pix 515e.  I downloaded and applied the  erasedisk622.bin.  I then applied the pix515.bin.  I am now recieving this error:

Could not read image header from flash.  Does anyone know what the next step is that i should take?

Don't you mean pixxxx.bin  < where xxx = version  number?
What is the actual name of the .bin file you are trying to put back on?

I think you need a new .bin file. I don't know how you got this one or what version it is supposed to be.
They are numbered using the OS Version number. For example if you have version 6.3(5), the file would be pix635.bin
My current one is pix804.bin
