I would like some help in creating another mail store so if the first one indeed is on its way out, that I have an additional store.

Exchange 2003

This section describes how to create a Mailbox Store in an existing First Storage Group on Exchange 2003:

Log on to Exchange Back-end server (ex. EXBE01) using an account that is a member of the domain administrators group.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
In the console tree, expand Administrative Groups, expand First Administrative Group, expand Servers, then expand EXBE01, and then expand First Storage Group.
Right-click First Storage Group, click New, and then click Mailbox Store.
Type name of new store (ex. MBS01), and then click OK
Under First Storage Group, right-click MBS01, and then click Mount Store.
In the Exchange 2003 Enterprise version only five stores of any type (Public Folder and Mailbox stores) may be added to Storage group. Therefore when at the adding Mailbox store in Exchange make sure you do not exceed this limit in the Storage groups. If necessary create one more Storage group but no more then four per once Exchange Back-end server.
