How can I hide specific elements from Global Address List (eg Mobile Number) to certain users?

I work in a school where we need to hide certain elements from the Global Address List in Exchange 2007. For example we want Students to be able to see Staff's email addresses in their Global Address List but not their Telephone or Mobile number. On the other hand Staff should be allowed to see everything.
Thanks,
Julian

You cannot do that but you can create an additional address book and set the permissions on it for staff only
