DTS job is excuting without any data loading

I have one DTS job is excuting job, I select DTS data loading query, there is no data files loading b/c the processed_flag is Z, whenever query where clause is processed_flag = Z, it will tell you how many data records loading and which files but if no any output data that means none of data files loading, but I don't understand why this DTS job is excuting. When I refresh job, excuting still is there. This DTS job suppose run this morning at 4:50 am, but from job history, last run still is from yesterday. so this morning the DTS didn't run. I am not sure if this morning 4:50am do not have job run history, it is because no day needs to load or something run cuased DTS could not run at 4:50am.

Can you give me a help?

I ran the DTS package manually from local Packages. the windows poped out that it is successful.
I look at DTS log, I could see Excel file is not run and other files not run. please see attached file.
Is this because I don't have excel file in the table with processed_flad with Z?

Experts,

This DTS has excuted since Feb 9 until Feb 11. It still is excuting. I have checked if we have data loading no, it is 0 record loading. I have refreshed job, but the status still is excuting.

Can you help ?

After DTS job ran I have click DONE button, the job status Excuting still there.
I also saw the error from DTS package running steps, here is the error.
step transform data task EXCEL2SQL, error occurred (356)

EXCEL2SQL is a third party product........ i have never used it can you contact them

Today DTS did not run this morning even we have more than ten files are waiting for loading.
I have to do the manually run. Before I manually ran the DTS job, I could see the job status was excuting step... so it was the same before. I still do not know how to let the job status go back to suceed or failed message but not always excuting step...

any help?
