BlackBerry not syncing sent items with Outlook

Hi experts.
I have a user with a BB 8830 whose sent items are not syncing - showing up in the sent folder in Outlook (2003 SP3).  BES version is 4.1.4.15.  Everything else seems to be working - except her contacts are duplicated, but that is a separate issue I imagine.

Do you have the folder redirection configured for the sent items folder on the bb device?  Go to mailbox on bb, select Options > Email Settings, press the menu button and select Folder Redirection.

Yes, "send email to handheld" and "save copy in sent folder" are set to yes

It doesn't look as if her calendar is syncing either.

First thing to do, to cover the bases, is do resend the service book to the bb device.  On the bb device, go to Options > Adavnced Options > Service Book.  Delete all the entries, you won't be able to delete them all and you will have to delete one by one.  Go to BES, resend the service book, wait 20 minutes and test.

Also under the same menu as the first post I mentioned, what is the state of the email reconciliation category? Is it "On"?

That fixed it - calendar is syncing and messages are synced to the sent items in Outlook.  Thanks so much!
