How to set a default shortcut name for iPhone web shortcuts

I have placed apple-touch-icon.png in my webserver's root directory and have confirmed that it works.

My problem is that my website's HTML <title> includes our marketing tagline.  Thus, when someone creates a shortcut, they have to backspace a ton and then mess with our company name (to shorten it).

Is there a <iphone title> type of meta-tag?
