Exch 2k3 - reverse DNS is set in SYS manager so why am I still getting emails that reverse DNS fails?

I am still getting spam even tho their reverse DNS is showing as failed in the message header.  Should I be enabling a setting that I missedt?  Thanks.

Hi,
You got to set it up externally.
Ask your ISP to set it up for you. Goto www.mxtoolbox.com and verify RDNS for your domain
Thanks

Sorry, i was not descriptive enough.  I am getting spam.  Even tho I set reverse DNS lookup on my exchange server-  so that if reverse DNS does not resolve an incoming message will be considered spam - I am still getting spam.  I look in the message header of a spam that came thru and it says reverse DNS failed..so why didnt my exchange block it??

Hi,
Exchange on its own is not too effective in dealing with SPAM. I would suggest a third party software/
Also use IMF: http://www.amset.info/exchange/imf.asp
Let me know
Thanks
