My users like to invite the "resouce" confernece room as a "required" attendee vs a resource.
They do this by type the conference room name into the "To" section when adding attendees
This results in meeting not being confirmed to the calendar via the resource schedule options that are setup. These calendar invitations go into the IN box and must be replied to manually. Is there a way to default / force / designate the user/resouce to only be shedule as a resouce?
